Before Care is offered as an extension of the normal school day educational program. It offers students homework support, planned activities and games, and free choice time. Before Care is a service offering to provide parents more consistency between school and home and to alleviate any scheduling conflicts for families.
Before Care is offered for Early Learners beginning at 8:30 a.m. and for K-9 students beginning at 7:45 a.m.
After Care is an on-site after school care program for EL-6th grade students. The program offers a comfortable environment that is an extension of the school’s daytime educational program, providing more consistency and fewer transitions for children and parents.
After Care begins at 3:30 p.m. for K-6th graders until 5:45 p.m. on school days; Early Learner After Care is offered from 3:00-5:45 p.m.
After Care is offered for no extra charge from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on early release days.
After Care Program Elements:

Typically, After Care students spend time outside in planned recreation activities, then return to the school for snack and homework or quiet activities, like reading, board games and iPad opportunities. In the case of bad weather, students participate in indoor activities at the school.
Parents may use Before Care and After Care on a drop-in basis, or they may pay a fee that allows unlimited use of the program on a monthly basis.
Rates for Before Care and After Care are charged in 15 minute intervals and are:
