AfterCare
AfterCare is an on-site after school care program for K-6th grade students. The program offers a comfortable environment that is an extension of the school’s daytime educational program, providing more consistency and fewer transitions for children and parents.
AfterCare begins at 3:30 p.m. and is offered until 5:45 p.m. on school days. The AfterCare program is overseen by two Foothills staff members, who have expertise in sports, recreation and arts.
After Care Program Elements:

- Planned sports and recreation
- Planned thematic explorations
- Homework support
Typically, AfterCare students spend time outside in planned sports and recreation activities, then return to the school for snack and homework or quiet activities, like reading, board games and iPad opportunities. In the case of bad weather, students participate in indoor activities at the school.
Parents may use AfterCare on a drop-in basis, or they may pay a fee that allows unlimited use of the program on a monthly basis. Rates for the AfterCare program are:

$6 – 1 child
$8 – 2 children
$10 – family
Monthly Rates:
$200 – 1 child
$250 – 2 children
$300 - family
