AfterCare is an on-site after school care program for K-6th grade students. The program offers a comfortable environment that is an extension of the school’s daytime educational program, providing more consistency and fewer transitions for children and parents.
AfterCare begins at 3:30 p.m. and is offered for full-time K-6th graders until 5:45 p.m. on school days. The AfterCare program is overseen by an experienced Foothills staff member, who has a lot of experience working with young children and Foothills students in particular.

Typically, AfterCare students spend time outside in planned recreation activities, then return to the school for snack and homework or quiet activities, like reading, board games and iPad opportunities. In the case of bad weather, students participate in indoor activities at the school.
Parents may use AfterCare on a drop-in basis, or they may pay a fee that allows unlimited use of the program on a monthly basis. Rates for the AfterCare program are:
