Preschool Scarecrow Project
Foothills preschool students (aka the Early Learners or ELs) recently designed and constructed a scarecrow for the Idaho Botanical Garden Scarecrow Stroll. Our 3-5-year-olds brainstormed ideas, drew up a blueprint, and experimented with a range of materials to get just the right amount of "spooky" in their final creation, which they named "Kitty." Read more HERE about how this fun project helped develop our students' independence, problem-solving skills, and confidence!
